We are open 24-hours/day/everyday.
The earliest check-in time is 3pm. If you show up before that, it’s cool. We can store your bag free of charge, so you can walk around and enjoy the city until your room is ready. If you need suggestions for where to walk around, we can help with that too. Our frontdesk is staffed 24-hours/day, so you will also be able to check-in at all hours of the night.
All guests must check-out of their rooms by 11am. Yes, we would be happy to store your bags so you can continue to enjoy Nashville unencumbered by the weight of all your personal belongings. You just have to vacate your room no later than 11am. Please!
All ages are welcome at FieldHouse Jones. The one restriction is that anyone younger than 18-years-old must be accommodated by someone 18-years-old or older.
Reserved parking is available for guests from 2pm on the day of check-in until 12pm on the day of check-out for $20/car/night + tax. The maximum occupancy of one parking spot is one car. All spaces are located outside, directly next to the hotel. The number of spaces is finite.
You can book a spot on our book now page the exact same way you would book a room. We actually would prefer you book both at the same time. When doing so, please know that no promo codes or discounts can be applied to parking, so if you are looking at a page with discounted room rates, you will not see parking.
Lastly, FieldHouse Jones is not responsible for damage or theft to vehicles or vehicle contents that are parked in FieldHouse Jones parking spots.
If you need to modify your reservation, please send an email to email@example.com and someone will respond with 24-hours. If you need to cancel your entire reservation, who you need to contact depends on how you booked. If you made a reservation directly with us, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you made a reservation with an online travel agency like Booking.com, Priceline, Expedia, or Hotels.com, you will have to contact them to see about having your reservation canceled.
Guests can pay by cash or by credit card. We accept the following credit card types: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
If you made a reservation through our website, you paid a 10% deposit. That deposit is not refundable so you will not get it back. However, it is transferable, so if you need to cancel a reservation, we will be happy to apply it to a future stay.
We match the name of the guest to the name on the reservation, so if you made the reservation, and someone wants to check-in for a reservation made under your name, they will not be able to. That being said, if you (the person whose name the reservation is under) calls or emails to give us the name of the person that is not you, but will be checking in under your reservation, we can update our system and check them in for your reservation.

Yes. We can provide your luggage a secure place to be stored, for free, on the day you check-in and the day you check-out. You just have to pick it up by midnight as that’s when we start charging. So how much is it for us to store your luggage after the day you check-out or prior to the day you check-in? Glad you asked. It’s $10 per bag per day
